A Moment

My thought and desire for the day is to rid myself of the constant nagging at the back of brain reminding me what I "should" be doing, and just do what I'm doing. Including relaxing now and then in the living room with a cold glass of hebal iced tea and some catalogs, with a breeze coming in the front door-- which I just did.

I'm glad you came back to blog writing. I missed your comments and thoughts.

It is good you have decided to enjoy your moments of pleasure without that guilt feeling that tells us 'you should be doing this or that…' It should be easy to concentrate on one task at a time but our brain plays tricks on our conscience.

Dear Carmen,
I have been thinking of you, too, and feeling guilty I haven't been in touch! See, there it goes again! I also missed blogging, so it's good to be back. We were traveling for a few weeks.
